Live videos from CAPITALYZE conference
Spur Ottawa was on location at the CAPITALYZE conference. CAPITALYZE was a major conference celebrating the unity the Ottawa Church has walked in for the last 20 years and sought how to strategically capitalize on that unity to advance the cause of the Kingdom in the years to come.
Richard Long is the director of Love Ottawa, one of the primary organizers of the conference. Spur Ottawa spoke to him about what CAPITALYZE is and why this is a significant moment for the City of Ottawa.
Stephen Sutton was one of the speakers at CAPITALYZE. He is a pastor at a very significant MEGA-church in Teesside, in the United Kingdom. He shared why the way you see your church matters so much.
Finally, Spur Ottawa caught up with three very different attendees to hear how they were impacted and what they are taking from the conference into the coming year. Denise Allen-Macartney pastors Gloucester Presbyterian Church. Alison Ja Eue recently returned from the mission field in Thailand and is involved in significant evangelism efforts in Ottawa. Israel Gimba leads an outreach and discipleship group called Dunamis Army.
